Adam Vincent

Adam is a lifelong Northeast Ohioan and attorney whose practice focuses on the needs of real estate and business entrepreneurs. Currently a law partner at Vincent Esquire, Adam has been a great asset for Arrowhead, providing both legal and entrepreneurial guidance.

Nic Harvey

Nic focuses on merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory for both buy side and sell side clients as well as fair market valuations. Nic’s understanding of financial principles and strategic planning have been instrumental in charting Arrowhead’s path forward.

Elie Stephan

Elie has worked in marketing and sales management positions at various nationally-recognized organizations throughout his career. He has been instrumental in building Arrowhead’s brand, providing strategic and tactical direction for Arrowhead’s sales and marketing efforts.

B.J. Harvey

BJ is an entrepreneur and general manager of various businesses which operate primarily within the industrial manufacturing sector. BJ has allowed us to take a deeper dive into the manufacturing industry and learn the ins and outs of our niche manufacturing positions.
