Arrowhead Talent Solutions was founded in 2018 by our President, Clark Harvey, and has grown rapidly into a full-service executive search firm, filling jobs across the United States.
While Arrowhead specializes in filling professional-level positions in the manufacturing industry, we have successfully completed searches in many industries, including medical device, transportation/logistics, professional services, non-profits, and more.
