Andrew Farber

Recruiting Manager

Andrew manages the day-to-day operations of Arrowhead in addition to a team of high-performing executive recruiters.

He also works with clients to fill positions, with a special emphasis on executive, sales/business development, engineering, and EHS roles.

Candidates and clients love Andrew’s calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to establish trust with all parties.

Marketing Manager

Cecily handles all of Arrowhead’s marketing efforts and manages high-priority company projects while working with clients on searches.

Given her background in marketing and communications, Cecily excels at filling these types of roles. She also has a knack for successfully completing searches involving hands-on, highly skilled roles for our clients.

John Fallon

Account Manager

John builds relationships with both prospective and current clients, ensuring that Arrowhead delivers top-notch service. He also assists with recruiting projects on an as-needed basis.

He has experience filling a wide variety of roles for a large hospital system. As a recruiter, John most enjoyed the process of “hunting” for the perfect candidate and developing meaningful, long-lasting relationships with his clients.

Eric has held executive positions with Arconic Corporation, TimkenSteel Corporation, and The Timken Company. Because he is highly empathetic and has broad and diverse experiences, Eric is well positioned to partner with clients to achieve human resources and enterprise tactics.

He received his MBA from Kent State University and his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Youngstown State University.
