Arrowhead Talent Solutions was founded in 2018 by our President, Clark Harvey, and has grown rapidly into a full-service executive search firm, filling jobs across the United States.

While Arrowhead specializes in filling professional-level positions in the manufacturing industry, we have successfully completed searches in many industries, including medical device, transportation/logistics, professional services, non-profits, and more.

With nearly 20 years of recruiting experience, Clark sets and implements Arrowhead’s strategy, leads our business development efforts, and manages client relationships.

Clark is also active in the community, serving on several boards and speaking at local & regional events.

Andrew manages the day-to-day operations of Arrowhead in addition to a team of high-performing executive recruiters.

He also works with clients to fill positions, with a special emphasis on executive, sales/business development, engineering, and EHS roles.
