Arrowhead Talent Solutions was founded in 2018 by our President, Clark Harvey, and has grown rapidly into a full-service executive search firm, filling jobs across the United States.

While Arrowhead specializes in filling professional-level positions in the manufacturing industry, we have successfully completed searches in many industries, including medical device, transportation/logistics, professional services, non-profits, and more.

Clark served in a variety of human resources management and talent acquisition roles at The Timken Company, Diebold Nixdorf, Kenan Advantage Group, and others.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, college recruiting, human resources, and project management in a variety of industries.
