Arrowhead Talent Solutions was founded in 2018 by our President, Clark Harvey, and has grown rapidly into a full-service executive search firm, filling jobs across the United States.
While Arrowhead specializes in filling professional-level positions in the manufacturing industry, we have successfully completed searches in many industries, including medical device, transportation/logistics, professional services, non-profits, and more.

Clark Harvey
President
Clark served in a variety of human resources management and talent acquisition roles at The Timken Company, Diebold Nixdorf, Kenan Advantage Group, and others.
He has nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, college recruiting, human resources, and project management in a variety of industries.
Bryan Badar
Executive Recruiter
Bryan comes to Arrowhead after working in higher ed for the past 15 years. His experience helping individuals find their passions in life will guide him in working with both candidates and clients. Bryan works on filling critical positions for our current clients as well as engaging with potential new clients.
Erin Colston
Recruiting Specialist
Erin ensures our day-to-day operations run smoothly and assists with recruiting projects. Erin’s warm personality, coupled with a career that includes a variety of people management positions, make her an outstanding recruiter. Erin also helps our recruiters source candidates for many different positions.
Cecily Taylor
Marketing Manager
Cecily runs our social media accounts, updates the website, sends out the newsletter, and handles all other PR and Marketing duties. She loves creating meaningful content and engaging with Arrowhead's clients. Cecily also enjoys helping with recruiting projects.
